Brown's Rooms is an award winning 4 star Bed and Breakfast located in a beautiful conservation area of Cleethorpes, less than a minutes' walk from our fabulous beach.

We have two beautifully refurbished rooms in our spacious Edwardian home; The Green Room – our funky twin room and The White Room – a spacious and elegant double large enough to accommodate two extra single beds for a family stay. Both rooms are en-suite and have flat screen freeview TV, wi-fi, antique furniture, hospitality trays loaded with goodies and more importantly are full of space and time for you to chill!
Brown's Rooms is also the home of the Lazy Cow Catering Company, a small outside catering business specialising in top end suppers, dinners and cakes. You can be assured that during your stay you will experience some fabulous cuisine at Brown's Rooms.
